Jenny Wang

Animator/Illustrator

Jenny originally sprouted in Lanzhou, China but grew up in the suburbs of northern New Jersey. She then traveled halfway across the country, intertwining studies in both biology and fine arts at Washington University in St. Louis. During her time in Missouri as an art therapy volunteer, she met many wonderful patients who inspired her to pursue a career in medical illustration. Now, as an animator for the National Institute of Standards and Technology, Jenny uses vibrant animation and effective design to communicate difficult scientific topics to people of all ages. In her spare time, she can be found exploring RVA and cuddling with her cats.
